    Hey, for anyone who see this, I wanted you to know, God loves you, Jesus loves you, and God wants to have a wonderful relationship with you where He can guide you and talk with you, where He can be your Lord, and your God. But you have to give up your sin, you have to leave a life of sin and choose to follow God and choose to follow Jesus. You have to be willing to deny yourself, and take up your cross and follow Jesus. (Matthew 16:24). Jesus said “For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” (Matthew‬ ‭16‬:‭25‬). Please, choose Jesus over your sin, sin will never be worth it, and sin leads to death and death leads to hell. (Romans 6:23 ) Jesus brings life (John 10:10). Jesus died for your sin to save you, if you choose to believe in Him you will be saved. (John 3:16) Jesus Christ loves everyone and died for all of our sins. Jesus also rose again from the dead three days later, proving everything He said to be true (before He died He said He would rise again from the dead). Everyone has sin and the wages of sin is death. Sin leads to death and death leads to hell (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23) But Jesus died for our sins and paid our debt to sin, so anyone who chooses to believe in Him will be saved from hell and could go to heaven. If you want to make Him your Lord and Savior you could say this prayer: Lord Jesus, I confess You as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me for all of my sins, I repent and I turn to You. Please help me to live for You, and I love you. In Jesus name, Amen! If you prayed that, Glory be to God! Please get a Bible, read it every day, pray everyday and please go to church. Jesus loves you!

    Guys, one thing that is worth pointing out is he is a professional footballer so he can go at that rate and maintain that stamina. I see some people writing in the comments "I almost died" and "omg what a workout". The point is to start at where you can go furthest (not to push yourself to the point where you're gonna die) and then gradually work up to his level each week. For example, week 1: warmup = 3 minutes; 1 minute rest & set incline to 5, run 30 seconds x 4. Week 2: warmup = 3 minutes; 1 minute rest & set incline to 5, run 30 seconds x 5. So each week gradually increase the amount of times you run by 1. That way (if possible) you can run these let's say 10 times. That would be insane but imagine how incredible your stamina will be! Point is, don't bite more than you can chew; baby steps.

    I’m sure you know this but just to make you aware: You have severe bunionette on both of your pinky toes. I have this problem too. I would buy toe separators, and walk around barefoot whenever it’s possible.

    Glad to see other sports doing this to. Running is literally my sport still. And I remember I had a hard time with 8 30 second sprints I got up to doing 25 at 4:00 to 4:30. Hardest part is jogging the 30 seconds though. It got me to a 4:06 mile.
